If you have received a tracking number, and that tracking number shows a package 'delivered', but it has not arrived on your doorstep yet, there is no need to panic.

Some carriers mark their packages 'delivered' at different times and for different reasons. 

Please wait at least 5 business days from the date when the package is marked 'delivered' to contact our support for a replacement. There is a reasonable chance the package will arrive during that span.
