If a delivery to your address fails to arrive, is mis-delivered, gets lost, or is stolen (or any other case), please inform us of the situation within 30 days of the date of shipment.

If you inform us of the loss in a timely manner, we will refund the cost of items in your purchase. If we are able to claim insurance and recover the cost of shipping, we will refund those costs to you as well. Please be aware that shipping insurance claims may take several months to process and are not available on all orders.

We accept no responsibility for packages returned, lost, or destroyed by customs offices for any reason. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your shipping information contains all relevant information and that you communicate and reply to your customs office in a timely fashion.
